Our Core Values

Currently, Edku Over Seas collaborates with some of the most reputable and high-performing packing stations in Egypt. These facilities are recognized for their excellence in handling fresh produce, maintaining top standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and effective sanitization.

However, by 2027, Edku Over Seas will proudly launch its own state-of-the-art packing station, which is currently under construction. This facility is set to become one of Egypt’s most advanced centers for fruit and vegetable processing and packaging. It will feature cutting-edge technology and focus on high-level sanitization using world-class, eco-friendly, and natural disinfectant solutions to ensure the highest levels of food safety and quality.

Our Production Capabilites

Edku Over Seas is always keen to work with farms known for their solid track record in adhering to proper fertilization programs and internationally approved pesticides, within the permitted residue limits. These farms also maintain well-documented records for full transparency.

We are particularly distinguished in exporting citrus fruits, especially Eureka A lemons and Valencia oranges, as well as Navel oranges, mandarins, and limes.

Edku Over Seas owns extensive farms producing Eureka A lemons, oranges, and various mandarin varieties. In addition, we hold annual supply contracts with some of the largest and most reputable citrus farms across different regions of Egypt. This enables us to supply any quantity and meet any specifications required by our clients.

From a logistics standpoint, Edku Over Seas partners with top-tier freight forwarding companies in Egypt and maintains strong, longstanding relationships with leading international shipping lines, including Maersk, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, and others. These relationships ensure reliable, efficient, and timely delivery of our products to markets worldwide.

In addition, Edku Over Seas owns a modern fleet of refrigerated trucks, which supports overland transport across Egypt and neighboring countries—particularly to the Gulf region—guaranteeing freshness and quality throughout the supply chain.

This innovative product offers powerful disinfecting properties, eliminating all types of bacteria and fungi. It also creates an environment that is highly unsuitable for parasites and microscopic insects.

However, the most remarkable feature — and what truly sets us apart — is its exceptional ability to remove pesticide residues from the surface of fruits. As a result, fruits treated with Ecana Organic are either completely free of pesticide residues or contain only trace amounts well below the minimum allowable limits.
